This afternoon, seed no.1 and Wimbledon semifinalist Aryna Sabalenka will play her second-round match on Centre Court at the National Bank Open presented by Rogers. She takes on wild card Sloane Stephens of the US.

Rebecca Marino of Canada and Paula Badosa of Spain will kick off the day session. If Rebecca can play like she did on Monday night, her fan base will absolutely explode.

The third match features contender Elina Svitolina (3) of Ukraine and Johanna Konta of Great Britain.

At 7 p.m., two-time Open champion Simona Halep, who’s been away from tennis for a while, will battle Danielle Collins of the US.

Up next is the always delightful Ons Jabeur (13) of Tunisia against Daria Kasatkina of Russia.

On Rogers Court, keep an eye out for Maria Sakkari of Greece versus Veronika Kudermetova of Russia, as well as Karolina Pliskova of Czechia versus Donna Vekic of Croatia.

The match between Coco Gauff and Anastasia Potapova will wrap up the day program.
